baja4d Privacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use baja4d and how we keep that data protected. We gather personal information—your email, name, phone number, government ID, and bank or wallet details—only to verify your identity, process payments, and deliver our service. Your information stays encrypted and is shared only with payment processors and support staff who need it.
We at baja4d do not sell your data to marketers or brokers. We use cookies to remember your login and track how you use the platform so we can improve performance. Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction, but we follow standard data-protection practices across all regions where baja4d operates.
If you have questions about this policy or want to request data deletion, contact our support team via the in-app chat or legal notice page.
What Data We Collect on baja4d
We collect information in two ways: directly (when you sign up or deposit) and automatically (when you browse). Direct collection includes your email address, password, full name, phone number, date of birth, and proof of residence (for account verification). We also collect your government ID number and images of your ID document and a selfie before your first withdrawal. This data is required by anti-money-laundering law; we cannot process withdrawals without it.
When you make a deposit via QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), we collect the transaction ID, amount, and payment method. We do not store your card numbers or wallet passwords—payment providers handle that directly. Automatic collection includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages you visit on baja4d. We use cookies to store your session ID, language preference, and login token so you do not have to re-enter credentials each time.
How We Use Your baja4d Data
We use your personal information for five purposes: (1) account creation and login verification; (2) payment processing and fraud detection; (3) legal and regulatory compliance (KYC, anti-money-laundering); (4) customer support and dispute resolution; (5) platform improvement (analytics). We do not use your data for marketing emails or third-party advertising unless you opt in (which you can change in account settings).
Your transaction history—deposits, withdrawals, bets, and account balance—is kept in our databases solely for your benefit and for regulatory reporting. If you bet on Liga 1 or Piala AFF football, play live-dealer tables, or spin slot games, we record the outcome and amount only for your account history and withdrawal verification. We do not sell this data or share it with advertisers.
Our support team may access your account to investigate disputed transactions or account lockouts. They see your email, name, deposit history, and withdrawal requests but not your password. If we suspect fraud or money-laundering activity, we may freeze your account and report to the relevant financial authority in your jurisdiction.
Third Parties and Data Sharing
We share your data only with essential third parties. Payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and our bank partners in e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) receive your transaction details to settle deposits and withdrawals. These companies operate their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices. Our customer support platform may store chat logs and email threads; our provider keeps these on encrypted servers in multiple regions.
We may also share data with law enforcement or financial regulators if legally compelled. If a court orders us to release your account records, we will comply. We do not voluntarily share your data with government agencies unless required by law.
Your data protection summary
- We encrypt all personal data at rest and in transit using industry-standard HTTPS and AES-256 encryption.
- Your password is hashed on our servers; we never store the plain-text version.
- Only authorized employees (support, compliance, engineering) can access your account data, and only for legitimate purposes.
- We retain your data as long as your account is active, plus seven years for regulatory compliance.
- You can request data deletion at any time; we will remove it within 30 days except where legal or contractual obligations require retention.
Cookies and Tracking on baja4d
We use cookies to remember your login session and language preference. These are session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (lasting up to one year). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral advertising pixels. If you disable cookies, baja4d may not work properly—you may be logged out frequently or unable to complete transactions.
Our servers also log your IP address and User-Agent (browser information) for security and fraud detection. If we detect unusual login activity from a new device or location, we may ask for two-factor authentication before granting access. This protects your account from unauthorized access.
Your Rights and Account Deletion
You have the right to request a copy of all data we hold about you. Contact our support team with your request; we will provide a download of your personal information, transaction history, and account settings within 14 days. You can also request correction of inaccurate data—if your address is wrong in our system, we will update it on your behalf.
You may request account deletion and data erasure at any time. We will close your account and delete personal information within 30 days, except for transaction records and KYC documents (which we must retain for seven years under financial regulation). After deletion, you can create a new baja4d account using the same email address.
If you believe we have misused your data or violated this privacy policy, contact our legal team via the legal notice page. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
Data Storage and International Transfer
Our servers are located in regions outside Indonesia, including Southeast Asia and international cloud infrastructure. When you use baja4d from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, your data may be transmitted to and stored on servers in other jurisdictions. We ensure these transfers comply with data-protection standards by using encrypted channels and contractual safeguards. Our cloud providers undergo regular security audits and maintain backup systems to prevent data loss.
During holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek, our systems remain operational. We maintain 24-hour monitoring for security incidents and data breaches. If we detect unauthorized access, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and take steps to prevent further exposure.
Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will announce major changes via email to all active users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of baja4d after an update means you accept the new policy.
